This enzyme is sourced from Aspergillus niger. Our glucose oxidase HPS200 product was developed specifically with electrochemical glucose testing devices in mind, focusing on thermal stability, pH stability, contaminants, and lot to lot consistency. The enzyme classification number is EC 1.1.3.4.
